The Paddy Irish Whiskey jug showcased here is the second addition to our collection, crafted by Carrigaline Pottery in Cork, Ireland. While this jug’s shape is commonly seen, those bearing the maker’s mark by Carrigaline Pottery are less frequently encountered.
This Paddy Irish Whiskey jug features the iconic Paddy Whiskey logo on both sides. The logo is a map of Ireland with colours representing the four provinces of Ireland. Green for Ulster, yellow for Leinster, purple for Munster, and red for Connaught.
Paddy is a brand of blended Irish whiskey made at the Midleton distillery in County Cork, Ireland. It’s made for Sazerac which is a privately held American company. Irish Distillers owned the brand until Sazerac acquired it in 2016. Paddy is the fourth-largest selling Irish whiskey globally.
